Mega Man fanatic extraordinaireNone so far, and frankly I wouldn't expect anything for six months at the very, VERY earliest
Despite my screen-name, ranting to you about One Piece is not my top priority.I was on a Youtube bender, watched this again, and umm...
Yeah, that.
This would have been gold. Come on [as], Netflix, anybody?
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Kuki being the last one you'd think would curse is what makes the joke work.
With all the revivals lately, I expect this'll get picked up sooner or later. That said, it puts Supreme Leader Numbuh 5 in a horrifying light. Yes, she took over for Rachel, but Rachel didn't simply step down, Earth's KND is under attack by the GKND, Rachel and Patton were forced to flee for their lives, and Numbuh 5 is in charge of a rump organization probably not much bigger than a sector. It may well be that Sector V were the only survivors of the old KND, and her first task is to recruit new allies. Now, Henrietta would be eager to help, and Tommy and The Kid would probably join up, but that still leaves them seriously undermanned. Actually, I can see villains joining forces with the KND, chief among them, the Delightful Children, though Numbuh 5 would probably curse Numbuh 0 for destroying the recommissioning module now that it would be helpful for rebuilding the KND.
In an environment like today where serialized storytelling is more established than it was back then, it would be absolutely fascinating to see how a revival would work. Of course still having the goofy humor a premise like this needs so it's not too grim, but KND was one of the first shows to take itself more seriously and work in ambitious plots.
"No will to break."Given that Tom Warburton is busy working on Muppet Babies (2018) , I'm not sure if he'll have time to work on any potential revival.
Gotta admit, I always felt conflicted about this premise. Seeing what was originally a heroic resistance movement against oppression be revealed to actually be a genocidal ageist movement...
Disgusted, but not surprisedExtremism is always a danger of resistance movements. He Who Fights Monsters is a trope for a reason.
Plus, it's the GKND not the Earth KND, who were going to be the villains. The Earth KND would actually have opposed their extremist superiors when they learned of their true plans through Lizzie.
Certified Evil Genius and CommanderWith Numbuh 5 eventually becoming Supreme Leader, who's the Sector V leader?
Numbuh 2? Yeah... it's quite the awkward question, although it could work as long as he doesn't order the others to laugh at his jokes.

Wake me up at your own risk.I wouldn't mind a Spin-Offspring series or just a new series period. I don't want the KND to suffer from Comic-Book Time since I associate them so much with the 2000s, but being Frozen in Time seems unlikely.
So I assume if this gets made it'll retcon the finale's Framing Device? Absolutely no indication the GKND was evil there, and Nigel seemingly stayed with them for decades.

The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."Nah he could turn over a new leaf and realize his mistakes by reconnecting woth his friends, still spending all those years doing what he must to make up for it across the galaxy.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.
Any updates, agents?
