Leveling up characters is learned after beating a dungeon. Each dungeon is worth 3 levels so it won't take forever.
I will set conditions for your characters evolving in game.
We have such a weird contrast going on right now. Some are panicking, Baxton is acting like a drunk, Geren has absolutely no idea what is even going on, Racc is trying to get some clearance yet also feeling like he's bothering and Kara isn't even fully aware of what's happening yet.
Well you are all different characters so contrast is to be expected.
