I just created a page for a series of mine titled Sonic the Hedgehog: State of Decay. Unfortunately, I didn't capitalize the O in "Of", on account of never doing so before, and the site read "State of" as one word, causing a typo in the title. Is there a way to fix this, or am I just going to have to delete the page and make a new one with the fixed title?

You mean Sonic the Hedgehog: State of Decay?

Yes, I think ~Toa Arcan meant just this.

For future reference, the wiki software inserts spaces after capital letters. Writing "Stateof" results in the space going missing.

So... does anyone have the explanation to fix this? I ran into the same problem and can't edit it now, even though I understand why the mistake cropped up.

Ask for a Custom Title on the title.
