Is there a trope for \'Romeo and Juliet\' style romances?
Where NOBODY end up happy in the end? this trope is very common in Chinese and Japanese fiction, where it is very common for the romantic couple NOT to live happily ever after.
Sometimes (like in Couching Tiger, Hidden Dragon), one of the romantic couple ends up dead, or like in the original Fate/Stay Night Anime, they have to leave or there is something else that leads to a bittersweet ending.
