Forgotten Realms and Eberron are equally good, if vastly different campaigns.

Its nature makes it significantly more difficult to spread, however, making creamy peanut butter a better choice for the sandwichmaker in a pinch.

Eberron was created with better knowledge of how D&D's mechanics have evolved since the 1980s because of its more recent publication, however. (I'm sorry if that's untrue, tabletop games and the like aren't my area of expertise.)
