I'm not seeing a page that explains what the deadline clock is. But shouldn't it mean it's now okay to change the image, since there have been no objections?

This has hung around way too long. I've put up the suggested pic and tagged the page; locking up.

The image demonstrates the page well, but it has a poor resolution. For me, Google Images gave no higher resolution. Anyone want to try to find a better resolution?
