"My name's Luka. Don't have a last name, don't care for one. And... don't take "two's better than one" to mean something it doesn't. I meant you could come with me."

And the intrigue continues. Looked like Luka wasn't giving any hints.

Rellick chuckled. "I didn't. Where you going anyway?" He asked, someone who had just been looting a near corpse certainly seemed like one of his people.

"Out and away. Hopefully far, far away. Some magical land with people with tons of spending gold, and gullible slow minds. It's a merchant's dream." Luka replied, their eyes misting up.

It sounded beautiful, but it was only a dream.

"Eh, in a world like that, there's no reason for murder, and I honestly don't like the idea of whoring becoming my main occupation." Rellick swung his halberd around a few times, resting it over his shoulder. "So, you know any good people in our business line to become aquainted with?"

"I'm told there's good money in whoring. It's a respectable profession." Luka replied, beginning to walk away from him. They motioned for him to follow with a simple wave as they sheathed their sword.

"I'm sure I could hook you up with someone who needs a bodyguard."

"It pays a lot. You just got to make sure your clients aren't carrying the Pox or something...." Rellick said, following Luka. "I assure you, I'm not the person you wanna have gaurding you while you sleep. Unless you like knives..."

"Being a hit man is also a respectable profession." Luka replied with a shrug.

They never really needed someone to guard them or to kill for them. They knew enough fighting skill to hold their own anyway.

"Do you want me to kill them?" Rellick offered, might as well see if he could get business.

"My clients? No, I don't have any. I work for no one but myself." Luka replied, not turning back to face him.

In an instant, they suspected that Rellick might attempt to kill them in order to take their gold. They'd have to be careful.
