Mass Effect? Totally. It's meant to be in Earth's future, and Earth has pizza.
I have a message from another time...Would the Asari, Geth or Krogan have any ideas about pizza, or make it themselves?

Give the God Eater game thread some love!A few turian private cops in 1 liked doughnuts, so why not? They could either find the recipe and eat it/adapt it to their pallets or they might have some sort of pizza analogue stemming from before humanity made contact.

Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects. What, no Devil May Cry mention yet?
I know there's at least a couple of games where pizza shows up as a healing item. I remember it being in Castlevania Symphony Of The Night and in Tales Of The Abyss.
Well if you've got tomatoes, bread, and cheese I'd imagine anyone would be able to come up with pizza in its modern form.
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Given the apparent severe limitations on available foodstuffs—food seems to be limited entirely to a handful of species of fruit and some sort of FoodPill—one setting in which pizza might never be invented—those poor, ill-fated people—might be that of Pac-Man.
No wonder so high a proportion of their population seems to end up as vengeful spirits... ;P
Looking at another setting, does the pizza have to be made on the planet on which the game takes place? I'm curious now as to whether pizza might be invented on the Mars of Worlds of Ultima: Martian Dreams—do appropriate plants exist there? It presumably wouldn't be pizza quite as we know it, but perhaps some sort of pizza-analogue could be devised...
As an aside, pizza is, as I recall, very much known to exist in the Quest for Glory series, where it's one of the five fundamental elements of nature, alongside Earth, Air, Fire and Water.

My Games & WritingWarning: food nerd incomming!
Pizza-like creations have arisen independently around the world (see Wikipedia). So to answer the question it makes more sense to answer "could the things that make up pizza exist in this universe?"
For the sake of argument, let's define pizza as consisting of:
- Bread, of some flat nature.
- Toppings. This can be divided into sauce (any flavorful liquid spread thinly on the bread) and chunky stuff. Requiring the toppings to meet any more defined requirement than that would lead to problems, as it might exclude many earth-things we have allowed to be called pizza without meeting the "tomato sauce and cheese" standard. (Cheese is especially problematic for alternate universes given that tolerance to dairy products after infancy is one of the most recent evolutionary traits in the human species.)
Since toppings could be almost anything, it follows that the primary requirement for pizza to exist is bread. Bread is at least as ancient as human civilization. Bread require having developed agriculture, a source of grain, the tools to grind it into flour and a way to bake it (including technologies as primitive as hot flat rocks and cooking grates; some very trendy pizza has been made on a grill). Water is a given. Yeast or similar leavening would be optimal but not strictly required. If a universe has those things, then the potential for bread, and therefore pizza, exists.
So take, for example, Skyrim: Tamriel and most fantasy universes are Earth-analogs. We know Tamriel has bread: it's an ingame food item. Most of the bread we see in the game is in loaf form, but flatbread precedes risen loaf bread in the course of bread's evolution, and it stands to reason there are places flatbread would be more popular; the Kajhit are a likely suspect because of their nomadic ways. (Someone who's played ESO or the older games might be able to chime in here). Bonus: We know there's cheese as well.
Yeah, but why would Tamriel make pizza when they have sweetrolls?
You say that as if they're mutually exclusive. There can be pizza AND sweetrolls!
(Also, I may have occasionally ordered just the giant chocolate chip cookie from Papa Johns for delivery before.)
i wonder if there is pizza in five nights at freddys
And then there was silenceNo Pizza in Pac Man. It is a dreadful world.
Is there Pizza in Devil May Cry?

Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatHe eats strawberry sundae too.
MMORPGs are serious business.Doesn't the NES TMNT game feature pizza as a powerup?
Or there are those games based on the Noid.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here. What? No, Pac-Man is the pizza.
He's just missing a slice.
(Isn't that actually how they came up with his character design?)
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Pizza is a healing food item in Super Smash Bros Might cast dispersions over all of its contributing series.
On an aside, it's one of the better healing foods at 8%.
(Yes, it is.)

Curse the ill fortune that led you to me.Toejam and Earl had pizza.
Er, James Vega ordered a pizza in Mass Effect 3: Citadel. Delivered by a Volus. On the Citadel.
I seem to recall Earthworm Jim 2 having a pizza themed level.
I'm the guy who knows how to make games but doesn't. 3DS FC: 2878-9776-7579Pizza doesn't exist in the Dead Space universe.

Just a thought experiment that came to mind from a Yackfest thread.
The idea behind cooking pizzas, along with the ingredients needed and the cooking ability would probably be essential, but the need or opportunity to make it would probably be different from video game to video game.
Would Pizza happen in Skyrim?
what about in Mass Effect?
Which games would Pizza not be possible in? Which games would have the best pizza/worst pizza available?
So far, a list of games that Pizza can and probably does exist somehow:
Games which Pizza cannot/does not exist:
