Fate/Apochrypa's saber is apparently based on Joan.
This◊ is a fanart, though.

The Jeanne d'Archétype image is bad on that page, since it looks like the real thing, and should be moved here.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAn alternate proposal, if we decide not to go with any of the Fate options: The Sisters of Battle from the Warhammer 40,000 franchise. An Amazon Brigade of religious fanatics in Power Armor with heavy use of both the fluer de lis motif and really, really big guns and swords.
A few images I found:
- Typical Sister of Battle◊; could work, but I think it's kinda bland.
- A Living Saint leading other Battle Sisters into battle◊
- Image from the official Codex◊ I was able to dig up online; probably the best combination of "obvious Joan of Arc influence" and "enough futuristic elements not likely to be mistaken for the actual Joan of Arc" I've been able to find.
- Fanart, but best conveys the "holy woman warrior" aspect IMO.
For the Jeanne d'Archétype page.

New theme music also a boxSnow White And The Huntsman is a good idea. This isn't necessarily a "holy woman warrior". Religion is one possible reason she assumes an active role in liberating the oppressed from an overbearing force. From what I can tell it's really about being a leader.
It should be easy enough to come up with an image for Joan Of Arc. Maybe we should do that first?
Didn't we agree to move the current image of Jeanne d'Archétype to Joan Of Arc?
At least I think that's not an entirely objectionable move.
Check out my fanfiction! How about this: move the current on Jeanne d'Archétype to Joan Of Arc and try to come up with a collage for Jeanne d'Archétype since it applies to multiple media?
No objections here.
I'm fine with the current on Jeanne d'Archétype being on Joan Of Arc if we don't want an example from fiction but I'd rather not a collage for Jeanne d'Archétype. Most things apply to multiple media.
If we going with the collage idea, here's something, can't think of a fourth◊
Edit:Is it worth starting a separate thread for Jeanne d'Archétype?

New theme music also a boxI've moved the page image of Jeanne d'Archétype to Joan Of Arc
Since the new picture's been put up and a new thread has been started for Jeanne d'Archétype I suggest we close this.
I don't think we have consensus on this page yet, so I am not locking it.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThe image linked to Joan Of Arc. See Linking to an Article Within the Article as to why that's bad. In addition, the IP note referred to the image, not the IP thread. I fixed both these issues. Now, was it really necessary to make a new thread? Couldn't we just have renamed this one, since it contains a lot of information and suggestions relevant to Jeanne d'Archétype.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Well, since we have the new thread and this one's done, we might as well, lock this one.
That's the thing. A subversion isn't actually an example (but seems like it), so I'm not sure she'd make for the greatest image. Sort of gives the impression that the trope isn't anything other than girl + medieval armour.
