This I liked. All-around well-made, and the plot seems decent. And it's cute. I need my cute
I like the scenery best. And that rain, I could almost feel that rain. I do want to know where it's going though.
I don't really get how the amnesia's acting up, nor how Nonoka didn't notice Noel in her room. Whatever. With drama this mild you can hardly call it forced.
I'm not entirely sure my reaction isn't deeply personal but for what it's worth this episode managed to make me feel nostalgic somehow.
"Nullius addictus iurare in verba magistri, quo me cumque rapit tempestas, deferor hospes."Wasn't hooked, though I'l give it an ep or two.
"No, the Singularity will not happen. Computation is hard." -Happy EntThe trailer didn't look too enthralling, but a minute in and it already looks kind of cool.
- Falling asleep while unpacking and not waking up until the alarm goes off even with an alien-demon-ghost-spirit-god-fairy in the room sounds like you slept pretty well.
- Moe dinosaur??
- Like I think Noel is a spirit or a fairy but the giant disc in the sky and the whole "friends making a wish" thing makes me want to say "demon summoning ritual."
- Snarky emo headphones girl remembers people from her childhood way too easily, like most anime characters.
- Definitely demon-summoning ritual. And the headphones-girl is looking like a bitter ex-girlfriend.
- Oh good, she's snapping over a picture of her dead mom. It's all right, you can get a new frame.
It got a little too dramatic towards the end, but still seems okay. Obviously, the animation is very prety. The plot and mood is a LOT like Ano Hana though. A whole lot. Dinosaur-girl and huge-backpack-girl are going to be the best characters.

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Episode 1. In which she returns.
Are we almost there yet?
Completely ignored.
Eggs tend to float out more than that if you're frying them. Might just be me, though.
First impression, I like Koharu. She seems nice and cheerful. She could use a lesson in fitting pegs into holes, though.
Responsible dad is responsible.
Mean busdriver is mean. Considering there's an hour or two between busses, waiting a few seconds doesn't make a difference.
I get the impression Noel's sense of time is somewhat different from most people's. Not only because she doesn't seem to age.
Says one cryptic thing and then leaves. Good manners.
It's probably harder to jump off a chair like that than spinning around on the floor.
Moving away and missing out on a promise. Well, technically it might not be, since they didn't specify a time.
Did she cause that crack, or was it always there? Either way, it's just the glass. Should be easy to replace.
Well, that answers that. All of it.
Noel is nice. Very nice.
All in all, this seems like a cute anime that could get somewhere interesting. Will definitely watch more of it.
Check out my fanfiction!x4 I don't think amnesia is the right word. I think she just doesn't remember very well, since it's implied her mother dying was really traumatic and it happened after the move.
Not Three Laws compliant. One thing that bothers me is how everyone just accepts the Giant disk in the sky. I would expect that the town would be choke full of scientists and UFO enthusiast but it seem to be treated as a run of the mill tourist attraction. Pretty weird.
She was asked to wait a bit and did so for seven years. It looked like she didn't even left the spot until the winter ended. I think it's pretty safe to say she's immortal.
That's kind of what I was implying.
Check out my fanfiction! She must be an alien! (@_@;)
That has somehow crossed my mind.
Check out my fanfiction! She's not necessarily an alien. She could be an angel or other fantastical being of some sort.
Check out my fanfiction! She's a demon that they summoned. Aliens don't make contracts...I mean grant wishes.
Unless she's an incubator, in which case they do.

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.But she has a spaceship so she must be an alien!
What do you mean? That's the portal to Hades.

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.So instead of an extra-terrestrial, she's a sub-terrestrial?

Check out my fanfiction!Noel's an angelic genie. And I will stick to that chaos theory until proven otherwise!
There's a disk in the sky. Is it visible to all? If so, Unusually Uninteresting Sight is in play.
Looks like this will be Fall's cutest show.
The disk seems to be something of a tourist attraction. Mundane Fantastic all the way
Episode 2. In which they rebel.
Noel is cute.
She's got a point. Eggs cooked as asked.
So she's got the protagonist seat.
Somewhat forceful, that girl. And loud. And she did ask what we were wondering. Why does no one really seem to care about that saucer?
There are some smiles you just shouldn't mess with.
Good plan B.
So they have that kind of administration office for it.
"Take me to your leader!" Do I detect some irony in that request?
Her mother looks so young.
Honestly, kind of bland episode. Doesn't help that I find Yuzuki to be probably the least interesting character so far.
Check out my fanfiction! The pre-release background notes say that, when it appeared, the disc was treated as a big deal, but since it just settled where it was and did nothing, people eventually started to treat it as part of the landscape.
They also said that in the actual episode. Or at least hinted at it.
Check out my fanfiction! So today's episode covered the start of the Yuzuki route. Well, not really, but it does feel like it
Yuzuki is worst girl, but the whole thing was well enough made that I still quite enjoyed the episode. Next episode looks to be about Headphones, which should be interesting
Episode 2:
- Shoot, no summer hijinks???
- See? They don't not care about the saucer.
- But you do need the saucer. For tourism.
- You shouldn't remember what things were like seven years ago well enough to care about them changing. Also saucer >>> fireworks.
I found this episode a lot more interesting than last episode.
I disagree. Koharu is best girl, but Yuzuki at least beats Headphones. Yuzuki might be best girl if I didn't disagree with her saucer-hate. Although that hatred may be well-placed since it is a portal to Hades.

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Oh, so Nonoka's father is this type of parent.
I would have probably asked Noel at least some questions, but then again I'm not a protagonist of an anime.
Shione is being rude and unpleasant again. If the aim is to make me dislike her, they are on good track.
Enter Yuzuki... wow, that's what I call strong personality. This girl doesn't do things half-heartedly. And she's the sanest person we've seen yet: a giant flying disk out of nowhere is just too suspicious to accept like that. Even general population apathy should have limits.
Yuzuki knows well enough how much petitions like this are worth.
Souta is kind of an ass, and I wait anxiously for the reveal of the unimportant event that put a wedge between them.
When all else fails... rockets are answer. I like the way she thinks, even if her firepower is obviously not up to task. But hey, symbolic defiance also has it's worth.
I was unsure about Nonoka this episode but in the end she proved herself. Sticking for your friend when others would call her action "pointless" or "absurd", very admirable.
Nonoka's mom was so pretty.
Uh oh, Noel words might suggest she's leaving soon.
I liked this episode, better than the (already decent) first one. Yuzuki is the best character.
Uh, next episode seems to be focusing on Shione. Not gonna lie, I'm not thrilled about that.
But she didn't got the seat next to the window.

Cute anime of the season but with some supernatural elements to it. Seems to follow the "main character comes back to their hometown after few years and has to reconnect with their past." formula, but does it with cute girls and giant flying discs. Might be worth watching.
