While I agree that the current doesn't appear to be illustrating the trope at all, and should be pulled, the suggestions in the OP are of more Western style "will-o-the-wisps", and that page is, for some reason, specifically about the Japanese version, where a blue flame envelops a person who is currently possessed by a ghost.
It would appear that the page may need work before we choose an image for it, since there are number of examples of Western style will-o-the-wisps on it.
Putting this IP on hold til the page is straightened out in TRS (where I'm going with it right now.)
