i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartI heard there was a something here.
And now, thinking of a theme. Should I use the Luvaci here, or save it for Werewolf?
Aw man, I was planning to resurrect this by bringing back my old Homestuck theme.
But carry on! You can go with whatever you want. c:

i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartIf we could haver thirteen players here, that would be amazing. Maybe we could recruit some people from some other threads. Perhaps Devil Psyco might take this thread for a spin.
What's the significance of the number 13, exactly?
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartThirteen Zodiac Stones. Thirteen Luvaci.
Good to know.
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartYep. I think the setting will fit, even if we already had the whole "political manipulation" thing last round. Who knows, maybe the Luvaci would give it a fresh take?
I'm still in, if anyone's wondering.
pffft hahahahahahahahahhhaahhahaha noI love your avatar so much, Tort.
But, hey, sweet! More players, methinks!

Oh, wow.
I'm not the only person who calls him Tort instead of Hobo.
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartLemme guess, it's because of WHABGF.
And yup, I'm still interested.
if it was whabgf i'd call him turt
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartI call her Turt in-game too. Yet, I'm more accustomed to Hobo when we're not playing it.
I suppose it's because you and Mage know him best in the game. :P
yo black mage u still doin this or wat
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartHmmm... Yea, sure, why not? Now I got two procedural forum games with the same theme that will involve a lot of text.

Hells yeah! Bring it on!
I now go by Graf von Tirol.Alright, I'm about to post. Anyone else want to join/back out?
Okay, I'm gonna post this now.
Let the games begin...
It was a dark and stormy night. And before you say anything, I am well aware of that phrase's prevalence. However, I believe this yarn fits the phrase quite nicely as you shall all see.
Lightning strikes. A mounted, cloaked woman rides through the night. The hoofbeats of her stead echo off the cobblestone path into the surrounding forest.
Inside a nearby manor, an old man wakes up after the echo of the hoofbeats reaches his bedroom.
"Oh, yes? What is this?"
He throws open the curtains, rain thumping on the glass and tricking down. Another bolt of lightning strikes, and in that one fleeting moment, the forest around the manor was illuminated...as was the rider.
"...Oh, dear. Not now, not now!"
He quickly wakes his wife and children and sends the two away, protected by the most experienced guards he could find. Then, he stomps through the upstairs hallway, each footstep impacting the floorboards with an angry thud. Scurrying down the steps, he marches to the door and throws it open.
"Alright, what is it?"
The rider stops in front of the open doorway and hops off of her steed. She has a bag hanging from her shoulder, holding something within it.
"The Church has chosen you," the rider all but whispers.
"The Church?! I drove them out years ago! What do they want me—"
In that brief second, the rider rushed towards the old man, and before he knew it, there was a knife at his throat.
"What is—what's the meaning of this?!"
She does not answer. Maybe she didn't even know why she was doing this herself. But, you know, the good of the Church and all. As the two stand there on the doorstep of the manor, she then backs off and leaves the bag on the ground below.
"Hey! Wait, wait—"
The old man calls out, but she is already gone, riding off into the forest. A guard approaches.
"Should we stay with the misses and the girls?"
"No, all is fine for now, but tonight, I'll need for you all to be on the lookout especially well."
"Um, yessir! But...what about the bag?"
The old man stops. He gives one final look at the bag before looking back at the guard and saying, "I don't care what you do with it. I don't care about what's inside the blasted thing! Just get it out of my sight!"
"Yessir!"
The young guard runs and picks up the bag, running around the manor before throwing it into the river nearby. Surprisingly, the bag with its contents float in the water, and it travels down the river until it's picked up by a grain mill and gets caught in the machinery. A boy rushes to fix it, and what does he find but a bag caught in between some blades! He retrieves the bag, pulling out his arm to keep it from getting crushed, and takes a look inside...
And inside, he finds this...
