I don't find the current bad but does anyone who hasn't seen the video have any idea how old he is? Also I think it would be good if the title, quote and picture weren't all from the same source.
A non-zoomed out version of current would probably be better, all I can find is a GIF of it with text. [1]

Current could use a quality upgrade, but it's pretty good. The woman seems older, the guy in the foreground is clearly not an adult, and the NSFW claim is... dubious at best.
Don't much care for the suggestion. Maybe the last panel alone would work, though.
I'd say Quality upgrade > Current > Last Panel > Multiple panels.

It's a very blurry image that barely illustrates the trope, and probably teeters near NSFW levels, since it depicts a man staring at a woman's boobs. The age difference between the two (which is pretty much the point of this trope) isn't really portrayed.
