We don't limit examples or page images to current works. It's an image that meets all the criteria for A Good Page image. "It's old" is not sufficient reason to change it.
Since you didn't offer a reason to change it beyond "it's old", and didn't make a concrete suggestion that you think would be better, I'm declining to open this thread.

The page image
◊ is very much Captain Obvious and, well, it looks a bit outdated to be honest (which isn't exactly surprising, considering the origin) and also a bit... bland? I mean, using Jean Grey is a good idea, since aside from Charles Xavier, she's probably the most recognised fictional psychic of modern time, but maybe a suitable picture from one of her more recent appearances might be suitable.
