None of them are better than the other. Each decade has its own charm to it and I'd be lying if I say I didn't enjoy many shows, over many decades, for what they are.

Sorry - Don't have one. At all.

This is due to the fact that a lot of cartoons from my past - I've grown to royally dislike in comparison to some from today that could compare to them, and are better for me.

I will say this though - the 90's / most of the 00's did show some variety in genres, which was nice. But that's all the compliments I'm giving here.

Even if I had different face, I AM STILL DISGRACED.

That's a tough question. My three favorite decades for animation are the 1940's, 1980's and 1990's. The 1940's in my opinion represented the pinnacle of The Golden Age Of Animation. Looney Tunes Grew the Beard, MGM had Tex Avery and the Tom and Jerry cartoons at their best, and the quality of animation was usually top-notch, before Limited Animation had to ruin things in the 50's onward.

My love for 80's animation probably has a lot to do with the Nostalgia Filter, but not completely. Don Bluth hit it big in this decade and I love his 80's movies, Disney brought quality animation to TV with shows like Duck Tales and Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers, Who Framed Roger Rabbit came out, things were improving overall. I still like stuff like He-man and She-Ra, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, (mostly just to laugh at them), but again, Nostalgia Filter.

The 90's reaped the benefits of what had happened in the 80's, and it was like the last hurrah of traditional animation, though we didn't know it at the time. You had all of the awesome Warner Bros. shows on TV, plus the Disney Renaissance, and yes, eventually, Pixar and Dreamworks. Things were winding down toward the end though, and while the shows that brought back Thick-Line Animation weren't bad per se (I happen to still like The Powerpuff Girls and Dexter's Laboratory), it's hard to forgive them for the trend they started that's still going on today, where every cartoon looks the same.

Not that these decades are uniformly good mind you, but most of my favorite cartoons come from these three decades.

I don't really have a favorite decade of animation since I always have a favorite cartoon or animation from every decade as long as the characters are interesting and the stories are good.

I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!

'90s, simply for bringing the Disney Renaissance (including my two favorite DAC movies of that era, Aladdin and Mulan), Pixar's start, Cartoon Cartoons' start, Nicktoons' start (including my two favorite Nicktoons, Rocko's Modern Life and Hey Arnold), South Park's start, the Simpsons' "golden" era, Goof Troop and A Goofy Movie, two Wallace and Gromit short films, and The Nightmare Before Christmas.

The 90's. Basically any type of animation created under the big entertainment corporations.

Boring answer: I'll always love the 90's for the Nostalgia Filter, but less subjectively 40's/50's are probably the best. Sure, cartoons from other eras are still perfectly wonderful, but the cartoons that were released in that era are timeless, to the point where a number of people assume those shows are from their own childhood.

And if I claim to be a wise man, well, it surely means that I don't know.

I dunno, it varies; the 80's and 90's had the most Merchandise-Driven cartoons but also had some really nice shining gems. Cartoons now seem more likely to get Screwed by the Network but when you got shows like Star Wars: Clone Wars and Avatar that can stand toe to toe with a lot of Live Action shows.

90's, 2010's, and early 00's for me

I grew up in the 2000's so I have a soft spot for shows that I watched from that era, like Samurai Jack, Teen Titans, Codename Kids Next Door, etc. plus I grew up watching movies like Shrek and Monsters Inc

the 90s I'm still finding lots of great shows from the era, like The Simpsons, Pinkyandthe Brain, Batman The Animated Series, The Power Puff Girls, Spongebob Squarepants, etc. plus it had the Disney Rennaissance (and MY three favorite DAC entries: The Lion King, the Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Tarzan), and the start of Pixar

the 2010's are a massive improvement over the late 00s, as shows like My Little Pony Friendshipis Magic, Gravity Falls, and Steven Universe show that quality is still in our cartoons. And from the film side we have Tangled, Toy Story 3, Megamind, How To Train Your Dragon, Kung Fu Panda 2, Wreckit Ralph, and Frozen.

You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!
