Hard to answer. It is alive, though. I'll give you that much.

Two-dimensional or three?

The boss or the game? (Some bosses use 2d images, so it gets confusing)

Also, I can only answer yes or no questions. However, I'll answer just this once since it is kinda a binary question.

Yes the game is 3D

No the boss appears 2D or flat
