My complaint is about the first paragraph which overlaps with Elevator Escape and makes the trope split into two rather different scenarios.
(a) First paragraph: the villain arrives too late and the hero in saved by the elevator (equals Elevator Escape)
(b) Second paragraph onwards: the villain does arrive in time and reaches through the closing doors.
I would vote for removing that first part and focus entirely on (b)

I agree, we should cut the focus on Elevator Escape and make the focus on the separate scenario of limbs forced through doors. The pages should link to one another, but it would be good to make it clear what the difference is.
