Puzzle and Dragons

Anything from Egypt 1/2 except for Anubis (also possibly Hathor and Ra) would be good starters. Any Chinese goddess also would work.

And I may be alone in this, but I think the Contsellation 1 series are also good starters.

First draw and I get Wee Jas. Not fantastic but low-cost.

Wee Jas is kinda meh. Only really useful for some time extends and a potential instant 3 turns of bind clear if you have someone with the relevant awakening.

Yeah, I restarted. Just, y'know. Keeps me sane to talk about the results of me begging at the feet of the Random Number God.

EDIT: After many attempts, I gave up and settled for Blue Knight, Muse, for the combined reasons of "low cost enough for me to use right away" and "prior moderately positive experience with his Fire counterpart as a midgame sub"

You say that like I'm in a position to be picky and have something fancier than Blue Knight, Muse as my go-to team leader. I've got ten magic stones in reserve right now for the next Godfest, but that's going to be a while. I'll hopefully have more soon enough, but right now I'm being pelted with material monsters left and right.

Bonus stream rewards are only available to users who enter their info by 9 PDT, which is less than an hour from this post.

Everyone still gets 3 stones and a Flamie with +50 atk though. No word on what the bonus reward is though.

How'd the last Godfest treat everyone?

I manged four pulls- I got Hamal, Red Knight, Nim, Flame-Winged CyberBeast, Markab and Evil Knight, Creuse.

The theme seems to be "decently good monsters that have no synergy."

Didn't roll, saving for the Player Choice godfest. Hoping for a Skuld or a Gadius since I really want to try out one of those new MP monsters.

Ah, should've worked that one out.

Well, I'll see what I can do to get primed for that one, at least.

I have 30 magic stones saved up, but I don't know if I'll use them for the PC godfest or not. Might save them for the next school event, considering Japan just got one with a new ult for Athena.

That said, I rolled for FF earlier and got Tidus and Rinoa, which are both pretty cool. Though I was hoping for Cecil.

I'm also farming Shadow Lord for my A. Pandora team. His void defense skill could come in handy (although A. Lucifer usually handles stuff like that).

I also finally reincarnated evo'd Verche, Dragon Knight Zeal, and Chaos Dragon Knight Voice.

The FF baddies are all pretty solid monsters for their low Cost, at any rate. I went ahead and secured a spot on my list for all twelve of them.

Well, since I'm basically not really playing this game and just logging in periodically, so I just randomly threw away my best friend selection on both NA and JP to people who probably still do. It's gonna regenerate anyway eventually.

That's sorta incidental. I've only really been using him for rampaging through the Weekend Dungeon along with Urd.

As of right now, my actual go-to team leader is still Armored Green Ice Knight, Muse. Hamal and Markab are on standby and are leading Teams 1 and 2 as a courtesy to other users until I have subs for them.

When I get there, absolutely, but again, my pickings are quite slim at the moment- I'm still at the point where the selection for subs that actually benefit from Hamal or Markab's Leader Skills is far slimmer than the benefit I get from having the two of them get doubled Attack and HP from Muse's.

Ah, that is true.

I suppose you're thinking of replacing Muse with Athena at some point?
