The current is a macro?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman"Image macro" is a valid reason to pull the current; I've done so. The suggestion is good, let's see if we can get some more options.
For the record, the image that was pulled was this:

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.There's this◊ but I think that's a whole comic; also this could work◊ as an Invoked Trope.

Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!4.1 is from CartoonStock, a cartoon licensing company. We can't use it at all.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Love the Lotto winner one.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.I see a problem with it: if it's real, then we're accusing a real life person of being a gold digger (the chances that she really are is irrelevant). If it's Photoshopped, then it's as much of an image macro as the old one, with the added indignity for the RL people involved.
(All of this is moot if these are actors, like if this was made for an Onion video.)
An image can have text on it without being an image macro. I don't think this forum has any problems with using a (fake) news screenshot.
It does not matter who I am. What matters is, who will you become? - motto of Omsk BirdI'd still feel a lot better if we could just make sure we weren't mocking real people here.
Here's the background on the lotto winner pic...I think it's great, even though the quality's a little off.
I think it's pretty much a perfect illustration of the trope, and the copy of the picture on Wilbyr's link is much sharper and clearer.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.That's hilarious.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Well, it looks like those two have already been extensively mocked in Internet media, so I suppose one more time won't make a difference to them.
It seems to be a source for a lot of macros, but as long as we don't use a macro, we should be good.
I'm a little wary of the caption. If these were actors, that'd be great, but since someone borrowed a photo of a real person for this, I kinda don't want to rub it in, y'know?
It's impossible to say the origins of the picture. It seems like it was staged for humorous effect, and I imagine that the guy made that funny face on purpose. As stated earlier, with 307 hits on Tineye, mostly fueling an unlimited supply of macros, the rest of the internet has already mocked this endlessly. Of course, this is a story based entirely on fiction. From my point of view, they man in the photo is an actor, and the person I mock is a character that he is portraying. I see why my suggested caption can be seen in bad taste, but I did not mean it as such. But, any other suggestions?

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.I don't think it is in bad taste at all, but it puts a lot of words at the bottom of the frame. There is already a caption that says "BREAKING NEWS! $181 million dollar lottery winner..." No need to add another one.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Yeah, Don't Explain the Joke.
Rhymes with "Protracted."I agree there's no need for caption; the chyron does the same job better. Let's put this up, rather than letting the issue stagnate and die.

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.I took care of it. No caption seems like the best choice.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Sounds good. Locking up.
The image on Gold Digger is an image macro, and an artifacted one at that. So motion to pull.
It's kind of hard to google up replacements because the term is often used for literal gold diggers, but this image◊ strikes me as pretty good.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!
