I'd say Extra Credits, though I also watch Heir of Carthage when I'm in a Total War playing mood.

Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia!Hmm... I don't think that I have a single favourite, especially as I enjoy a number of channels for a variety of reasons, making comparison problematic.
I'm fond of a number of the channels in the Yogscast. Offhand, I feel that Nilesy, Hannah, Kim, Zoey, Duncan, Simon and Lewis are all worth mentioning.
I recently discovered Zieg—she's perhaps not the best Let's Player that I've seen, but I do enjoy her Let's Plays and she covers some games that I don't seem to often see elsewhere (her most recent videos have been of Eternal Darkness, for example).
Markiplier and Manga Minx can be a lot of fun to watch, each in their own way. I perhaps enjoy both best when playing horror games, but I've had a lot of fun watching them play other things too, I believe.
Total Biscuit, on the other hand, I've found to be an excellent source of interesting and informative commentary, both in his impressions of games and in his thoughts on current affairs in gaming (such as the rumoured acquisition of Twitch by Google).

My Games & WritingReplayBurners. Awesome superplays of arcade (and occasionnaly, consoles) games in very good quality.
I don't really watch any general or aggregate channels; I tend to follow specific LP'ers instead. The closest things to aggregators that I follow are some of the "Hearthstone Top Five Plays of the Week" channels like HearthTrollden and 2pPressStart, and maybe Source Fed Nerd.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Extra Credits for talk about game design and stuff.
For LP's, I generally don't follow a specific person so much as Archive Binge on completed series. Although there are exceptions. Markiplier, for example.
I have a bit of an on-and-off relationship with Yogscast videos, though again with exceptions. I find myself consistently following Sjin's videos.
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...Thanks for pointing out Extra Credits. I've subbed to them too.
I also follow the Yogscast but I'm a bigger fan of their traditional LP's than Minecraft things. And the Civilization series they are running. Rythian is my personal favorite with Kim and Hannah behind.
I also follow a guy called Blue Maxima because he is the only guy covering all the Vita releases and giving quick looks at new releases in a TB-style and gives an update for news.
And then I also look up Let's Plays of any game I'm pretty interested in at the moment.
Persona 3 Portable LiveblogI'm fond of Brentalfloss, if he counts.
Weird in a Can (updated M-F)Rurikhan for Let's Plays, mostly of Dark Souls and Dark Souls II.
Did You Know Gaming for gaming history and developer secrets.
MK Ice and Fire for general walkthroughs.
One more for Extra Credits, Total Biscuit, Game Grumps, DYKG and GameXplain.
Also a fan of Caddicarus, JonTron, PeanutButterGamer, Game Theory, Gaijin Goombah, Maximilian Dood, Angry Joe, Review Tech USA, Jim Sterling's Jimquisition, AlphaOmegaSin and Event Status (for when he comments on gaming).

Extra Credits and Jimquisition.
Oh, I also like:
Somecallme Johnny and his Let's Play channel
cjszero01 (does reviews, top 10s, and the rare Let's Play)
Clementj642
and the AVGN videos that are on Youtube
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life! The Runaway Guys, retsupurae, raocow (and the ones who make music/animations based on his content, like Generic CAW, SpottedTabby1 and Roo_)... That's about it, really.
Switch FC code: SW-4420-1809-1805Rabbid Luigi, Caddicarus and Tear Of Grace. They're just really damn funny.

(^_^)Outside Xbox and Outside Extra, though half of that is also due to their non-video game content as well (they do a lot of DND stuff).
I'm also a big fan of the Three Idiots (Dotodoya, Rhymestyle and Seereax), Rooflemonger and - for when I'm looking into new games to buy - SplattercatGaming.

Basically pick a channel that reviews, does countdowns on, or thos walkthroughs/Let's Plays on Video Games.
My Pick is Brainscratchcomms. I find these guys really entertaining, save for about one playthrough that was boring (Portal 2 Co-Op). I also LOVE how nerdy Johnny, Ryan, Lewis, Ted, Gareth, Clement, and co are.
