Technically, it was the United Crown of Castile and Aragon, not merely Castile.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Yeah, but here in Portugal we just informally call them Castille in regards to those times.
We also call them "Kastilla" actually. An alternate name for them would be "Espanyol". Both of which were obviously derived from two slightly different things.
I'm reading this because it's interesting. I think. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over.Nice touch there with the Chile and Bolivia balls.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Ok. This has been bugging me. Why is the characters sheet so big? Many Countryballs do not have a single trope.
I started a topic on the discussion page. I would love some input.
The size is actually to be expected. The only problem is not that they lack the content to fill those pages; rather, no one is putting things on them anymore...LOL
I'm reading this because it's interesting. I think. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over.It would be nice if we got more Facebook Polandballers on here. While not as humorous, they tend to give the countryballs more of a personality. The Caucasus page is being updated by one.
Also, it seems that the Central American and African nations are too irrelevant to be given tropes or even be featured in comics at all.
The Artifact. Is currently Lazy Hazy.I've seen a few FB Polandballs which are too nationalistic and not self-aware for my taste. I'm more of a Reddit guy nowadays (in terms of where I go looking for new comics).
I do not mind where anyone gets the material from. What bothers me is the empty folders. They should be cut and if anyone wants to add material later, they can recreate them. With all the empty space, the remaining countries can be arranged something like this.
Europe & Russia
Asia (Middle East could get its own index)
North America (left unchanged)
Latin America (left unchanged)
Africa
Australia & Oceania & Antarctica
Unionballs & Historicalballs & Others

On the bright side, Portugal can into space.
Those casinos, amirite? Thanks, not many remember our role in Macau nowadays.
They shall see the power of the mighty cork!
Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries◊. They forgot Equatorial Guinea and Timor Leste, but it's still a good comic.

Turkey is asking to join because oranges are called "Portkhal" there? What is Georgia's reasoning?
Japan, Turkey and Georgia are apparently observer states?
The Artifact. Is currently Lazy Hazy.If I'm going to take a guess: I think there are a few countries wanting to get in in order to do some more trade and get some monies.

That Spain/Portugal strip is actually pretty funny. That's pretty much our history with Spain in a nutshell.
And to end Portugal Day (even though it has already ended over here): Make Over◊.
Vaticanball: I drew a line, the East belongs to Portugal and the West belongs to Spainnote .
Castilleball: I believe that'll do.

[Afterwards]
