Well, if the Joker tells you the truth about how he killed six people with a crowbar last Thursday just for fun, he's still a complete monster, honest or not.
So no, a Complete Monster isn't necessarily dishonest all the time. In fact, a complete monster who always tells the truth could be even more terrifying and horrible than most.

Okay, so maybe this topic isn't exactly random, but my point is wondering about the importance of honesty.
Is someone whose always honest, even if it comes out as Brutal Honesty, ever someone that can be worse than a Noble Demon?
