The Japanese government is trying to financially help abduction victims and their families as they continue to settle back in Japan.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"CCTV-4 reported that the American Navy and the JMSDF are conducting exercises and has reported that they're trying to be friends with India, with reports that Agni-III is to be used as an anti-satellite weapon.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Whoops. Fixing.

"That wizard came from the moon!"There's a South Asia thread, if I'm not mistaken. Post it there, since India is not part of East Asia.
China's massive headaches from Hong Kong to Xinjiang.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"I noticed how on many articles about current Japan in terms of politics, there always seem to be someone who brings up Japanese War Crimes and how the nation is no different now than it was then.
Man, some people hold grudges. Not saying that Japan is completely blameless, but I simply tire of hearing this over and over again.
We know there can only be several ways to stop that thinking from spreading. One of them is for the National Diet of Japan to acknowledge WW-2, as in every member of it.
Same as usual.... Wing it.The idea of moving the graves of those who aren't considered war criminals from Yasukuni sounds appealing.
Maybe disbanding the violent uyoku dantais sounds nice too.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Seems like it'd be a lot less work just to move the ones who were war criminals, since they're in the minority there, if I'm not mistaken.
Only the JCP and JSP acknowledge it since their members were arrested for saying no to their colonial expansion from Korea to SEA.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Japan wouldn't be dealing with this level of blame and resentment had they shown the type of contrition the Germans have been showing since 1945. Unfortunately there is an active nationalist wing obsessed with whitewashing Japan's atrocities while playing up things like the atomic bombings. When a state as brutal as Imperial Japan is admired by several vocal and prominent groups who continuously play down it's crimes, you can't blame the victims for feeling a lot of resentment. If Japan treated it's ultra-nationalists the way Germany does neo-Nazis, they might not have this problem.
Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects.Well hey, that is definitely a problem with Japan, and it takes those from China and the like to show them that. But sometimes China goes so far with this that they become no better themselves.
Not to mention that China's own past (and present) are far from spotless.
Trump delenda estSince we might risk getting into an unhealthy discussion, here's some links to change the subject:
China's 'People's War' Against Terrorism. China is trying to enlist civilian help in its war on terror, but there are dangers to this approach.
China Leaks News of Third-Generation ICBM. And other stories.
@ Rationalinsanity: It's also a cultural thing for Japan as well.
Keep Rolling OnUnfortunately when you intensely attack something that someone is emotionally invested in for some reason (their beliefs, their fandom, their hobbies, their view of history, etc.), a common response for them is not to consider your viewpoint and rationally balance it against their own, but rather to take it as a personal attack and dig in like the 3rd Infantry Division holding off a German assault on the Marne. You don't convince them to change their views, you just further reinforce them by being an asshole.
See: Most heated arguments regarding politics, religion, or sportsnote
And that's why it may be a good idea to just be blasely critical.
Plants are aliens, and fungi are nanomachines.I don't get why mainland Chinese hackers would want to target Israel since they have good relationship in terms of military technology and whatnot.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Due to Israel's relations with the US, China wants access to American technology by any means possible in order to be able to defend itself better. It's a mixture of geopolitical strategy and tech development, imo.

China's Real Goal: Destroy the Regional Order in East Asia?
And don't forget to read their comments section for your regular dose of facepalm-inducing comments!
I'm reading this because it's interesting. I think. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over.
Oh, you mean the People's Daily List of 50 Cent Party Speeches?
You know that they're members of the Party considering that Western websites are on the far side of the Great Firewall of China; unless if they're from Hong Kong, but most people there wouldn't ever bother trying to defend the PRC for obvious reasons.

Following a FUBAR situation where a CCP-backed imam is assassinated in downtown Xinjiang, Public Security Police arrested a university professor of Uyghur was arrested for encouraging separatism.
Note that the imam is not liked by the populace and the professor had talked to foreign media about problems in the rest, especially with the 2008 unrest.
