"How was I to know?" Cavaticus, immediately before being killed by the Big Bad, Spyder

"Kid! You wanted to solve this mystery!? Well, there's my boss; now give 'im hell!..." -Malachai, after Taking the Bullet for Guy

"Ah! I've set a record!... A record that should have ne'er even existed in the first place!" -the Dapper Man

You're no different from us, you monster! - "Grinder", tortured and killed by being pushed slowly into his own personal meat grinder by one of the anti-hero good guys.

And here's an exchange between Apollo, an evil Superman expy and Regulus, a nuclear-powered near human android with speedster abilities.

Apollo: (with his hands at Regulus' throat, pinning him to the ground) "It's over, Regulus! I've won. I'm about to become a god."

Regulus: "Good for you. I'm about to explode." -Regulus detonates his own power core, vaporizing them both-

Is this what it feels like to die? Is this what Kasan felt in his final moments? Is this what Medan felt? Is this... coldness... death? In the original draft of my story Look Beyond Our Programming, main character Azdien died. In the new draft, he survives, and only Kasdien(referred to as Kasan here) dies.

"Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck youuuuu!" - Samifr after being cut in half from the waist down and conscious enough to curse the women who cut him in half after she kicks him in the chest to send his top half flying. Had enough left over energy to flip her off.

YOU!!!"- "Watch", pre boss fight quote, after he is brainwashed and turned into an enemy alien by the Big Bad ^note He doesn't say anything after this, even when Mercy Killed. Even sadder that it's an Ironic Echo, for "I have found the enemy" was his catchphrase as a scouting unit.

"Why him? Why couldn't it have been me? Why do I even have this fragging mutation? It never helps anything! HF10, they talk about it like it's a good thing! But it's not. And it will never be. And if it gets in the way of this... Then I'll just have to find some other way..." — Jupitus ranting about Heron's death and his healing factor before the failed suicide attempt that puts him out of the story until the epilogue.

Considering the theme of change in my story, this line is a big deal.

"I am a Cobalt. My duty comes first. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. They are the many. You are the few in this case, Mister Brownstone." Katana-623, the main character's friend, as Mr Brownstone kills her for correctly carrying out her duty.

"Zarrin, the defense of the multiverse falls to you... Oh God, we're screwed."

The Dragon's programming makes him subservient to the Big Bad, that and because the baddie can delete him anytime.
