The scans kinda dried up after a while, so I haven't read it in quite some time.
Funny how there tends to be a happy ending whenever Yomi intervenes personally in one way or another.

Well, Chapter 40 came out six days ago.
Anyways I also noticed that the genuine happy endings only happen with Yomi intervenes like in "Hell's Clock" and "The Day I Became a Demon" (and some other story about visiting a haunted school. I noticed that the heroines in those stories don't have the usual flaws that most of the protagonists have like sefishness, greed or not being happy with what they have.[[/spoiler

Zekkyou Gakkyuu (Screaming Lessons) is a shojo horror-anthrology manga I have been following as of late. The stories are narrated by a creepy ghost girl(who only has the upper half of her body) named Yomi. Most of stories end with a Cruel Twist Ending or Downer Ending, so very few stories end happily (if they aren't bittersweet). The manga isn't very gory but it has a lot Nightmare Faces to make up for that(something you don't see in a lot of shojo). Also all if not, most stories are set in school. Given that is a shojo manga and therefore, geared towards younger audiences, it's not as grim as the type of horror I'm used to reading. So, the manga gives off this kind of juvenile feel to it. It kinda reminds me of Goosebumps but it's darker than that.
Soo... does anyone besides me reads it?
