I do not think this is really too similar to Feuding Families
, because that involves a large portion of each family fighting each other, like actually fighting each other not competing against each other, probably for a long time. Family Rivalry
is about children competing in an event that their parents also competed in (plus a bunch of other specifics that do not seem very necessary to me). I vote we expand the definition a bit and pimp it for more entries, or else shift the focus to maybe be something like 'kids competing against each other and their parents take it really seriously because of a perceived rivalry with each other', or something like that.
