Kay. Let's kick this into OVERDRIVE!

• Name: Damian B. Tarkus
• Age: 19
• Sex: Male
• Appearance: Thin. Definitely not a sports person. Enjoys wearing fancy suits "Because they're comfortable!". Pale blue eyes, Dark brown hair. Well-versed in the internet and technology.
• Chosen Power/Tech: Shard of Starscream — Grants transformation (ie, one's hand becomes a weapon). The thing which you change yourself or one of your limbs into needs already have been seen. Drawback— Hallucinating about and arguing with Starscream.
• Alignment: True Neutral
• World of Origin: Earth
• Personality: Shy and Enigmatic
• Bio: Damian, up until he almost tripped over his shard, was just a college student studying to be an aerospace engineer. His hobbies include TV Tropes and art. If he had not decided on aerospace engineering, he would've been a concept artist for some gaming company. Now, with a shard, all bets of logic and reason have gone down the drain. Just like that field trip to Cairo.

I want to join the RP as evil bad person but it doesn't look like there's a way to be a Dai-Shocker member, just a goody two-shoes member of Genie's gang.

• Name: Glen Todd
• Age: 25
• Sex: Male
• Appearance: Like this guy◊, only with a green beanie, a green zip-up hoodie, a digital watch on his left wrist, and an electric guitar strapped around his back.
• Chosen Power/Tech: His shard has given him the abilities of Epsilon-Church. The AI's voice has also taken up residence inside his head. The abilities he's gained are:
  • Memory: Starting from when he comes into contact with his shard, Glen's memory is improved significantly, allowing him to remember his experiences in vivid detail. His ability to relay said experiences, though, comes down to whether or not he can articulate it well. It also makes experiences from then on incredibly difficult to forget.
  • Out of Mind: Glen can leave his body as a ghost with all of the slight transparency and intangibility that comes with it. However, his body effectively goes into a coma, and if he's outside of his body for more than 24 hours at a time his body will die. There's also the whole issue with it being prone to danger and other things. Needless to say, if his body dies while he's away, he disappears.
  • Possession: Glen can enter an electronic device while out of body and manipulate it to an extent. He can freely enter any device, but depending on the security measures it has, probing deeper into it can be a small or a big chore. He can also enter other people's minds. It's not strong enough that he can overtake them and peer into their thoughts and memories, but it's enough that he can just ride along in their head and nudge them to act a certain way, like provoking anger or joy in someone.
  • Sniper Rifle: He can freely transform his guitar into a sniper rifle. If his guitar breaks... well... he's out of a free sniper rifle. The usefulness of the rifle is also migitated by...
  • Crap Shoot: Every shot Glen makes, be it from his gun or a balled up piece of paper, is doomed to almost always miss its mark.
• Alignment: Neutral Good
• World of Origin: Earth.
• Personality: Glen is a patient, and laid back guy that chooses to go with the flow of things. He's rather passive when it comes decisions, preferring to take a follower stance as opposed to a leader stance. That isn't to say he won't pipe up if he finds something Not Cool with a plan or an idea. He dislikes confrontations and getting violent personally, and tries to avoid getting too deep into problems as best as he can. In the face of danger, Glen will not keep his usual cool-headed manner. He's prone to panicking and not thinking as straight as he should be.
• Bio: Glen grew up in a relatively peaceful and calm city. He was very willing to just go with the flow and not rush anything or anyone. When he found his love for music and wanted to pursue it as a career, his parents encouraged his dreams. Fast forwarding to two years after finishing college, Glen plays the electric guitar in a band he and his friends formed. Thing is, though... they are very unknown and have only played local gigs. Until they get off the ground and make it big, Glen works as a music tutor for children to make end's meet.

...Well, can't resist a good rp like this for too long, eheh.

• Name: Grey Hoshigane
• Age: 21
• Sex: Female
• Appearance: This is her.
• Chosen Power/Tech: The Shard of an Elder Tales Adventurer. Specifically that of one known as Shiroe. As such, Grey Hoshigane gets the rather spiffy powers of being able to use rpg-like powers like check stats and create parties as well as private message people. Besides this, she has the ability to use magic that is primarily geared on supporting her allies and weakening her enemies, with her direct damage abilities being rather weak unlike most stereotypical magicians. With a proper team however, she can turn into an incredibly effective person with skills that can spell trouble for most opposition. She can also draw up Magical Contracts that can have a variety of effects as long as both parties agree to keep up their part of the contract with magical paper and ink made from rare ingredients, of which she has a finite supply of. List of her spells at disposal Her current gear is based on what Shiroe is currently wielding and they are:
  • <White Staff of the Wings of Ruin>, a weapon that boosts Grey's effective range of support magics.
  • <Sage's Coat>, A protective coat that greatly boosts her already high resistance to psychological and mental attacks.
  • <Laurel Blossom Talisman>, which boosts mind related magics.

• World of Origin: Earth
• Personality: Grey is a bit reserved and shy about others until she gets to know them, and then she grows quite a bit more dynamic and informal, sometimes bordering on genki. She puts quite a bit of emphasis on hard work works and is of a mindset that if one does not succeed at first, then they should try again until they do. She also has a rather interesting imagination and can come up with the weirdest scenarios in her head.
• Bio: Grey is a third generation Japanese-American that grew up in California, her parents being rather strict as was the common conception of such parental units. As a result, she was rather studious throughout her non-college school days. When she finally moved out though, she became more laidback and took things as they came, working in the IT department and joining the art club. It was on one average seeming day of watching anime on her computer that a glowing crystal appeared...
