How can it be JAFAAC if it's on a creator page? And it shows his work behind him. And images on Wikipedia are in public domain. So, the suggestion is good.

I think Creator pages are exempt from JAFAAC given the nature of the subject.
That image isn't in the public domain, not sure where that notion came from that if it's from The Other Wiki it must be free. I mean, we can use it fine no problem but it doesn't make it public domain.

Well, I meant that we could use it freely. There usually aren't any problems with photographs. It's mostly artwork and entire comic strips that we have to worry about.

The only image I could really think of using here would be Wikipedia's image of Magritte
