Not to mention that both page quotes seem to refer to the trope that the image (and name) are replying. This trope, as you say, is What Measure Is a Mook?. And many of these examples aren't even involving mooks ("A slang term for the hordes of standard-issue, disposable bad guys whom The Hero mows down with impunity.") There is rampant misuse on this page, and I blame its misleading name which gives no indication of what this trope is about, which is a rather specific scenario that doesn't necessarily involve mooks.
My suggestion is to take this trope to TRS. It really needs a new name.
Yeah, I'm probably going to do that. When I get a chance. Like I said, rampant misuse.

I tried to get a better name back when it was changed over from Even Evil Has Loved Ones, and this was the only one I could think of, but no one bothered to make any other suggestions. :P
Agreed that the current is illustrating What Measure Is a Mook? more than Even Mooks Have Loved Ones, by its current definition.
I started a TRS thread.

Clock is set.
I'd say pull for now. Wait for TRS.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Alright, the clock is up. Instead of pulling the pic outright, I've commented it out with a note to not restore until the TRS thread resolves. Locking up.
Even Mooks Have Loved Ones is about a mook choosing between loyalty to their loved ones or their boss. The picture seems to be much or illustrative of What Measure Is a Mook?, and actively misleading in terms of this trope. Which already sees rampant misuse as people who take it at name value.
As such, I vote to pull even without replacement.
