Something in Firefox 27.0 breaks it. Nothing we can do here to fix it.

I just right clicked the addon and chose the find updates option, and then something downloaded. After restarting Firefox, it's working again now. Had me worried there for a moment!

Okay, first of all, I seriously don't know where to put this thread. The "Real-ish" section of the forums has "On-topic conversations", which seems to be all about news and politics and stuff, which doesn't seem to be the place to put this, and it certainly won't go into "World Building" or "Writer's Block".

", a fairly important Firefox addon for me that I extensively use everyday has suddenly stopped working, which has severely crippled me since I actually browse the internet with pictures turned off by default. Why has it suddenly stopped working, and how do I fix it?!
