CW's Flash

It did take a LONG while for Oliver Queen to go from "The Starling City Vigilante aka The Hood" to "The Arrow".

Seems they're moving faster in this one.

Was gonna say something else, but now I'm just gonna let that sit there a bit.

The Flash is supposed to be the Superman to the Arrow's Batman. Of course Barry is more eager to help people in broad daylight.

The DC CW-verse is trying to play up the two as the World's... second Finest.

Given that Superman and Batman might well not exist in the setting. . .

The big three of this setting will include Prince.

Wayne Industries is confirmed to exist, as of the end of the leaked pilot, so Batman is pretty much guaranteed. Plus there's the whole Harley Quinn thing.

He exists, but he's never going to appear in the DC CW-verse. He's got exclusive reservation by the studio heading the DCCU.

Is that still true? I thought that the mandate had been dropped post-Nolanverse.

I had this really annoying thought that come Pilot day, the episode will air and everyone who knws about the Waynetech mention in the newspaper will be waiting, and then the newspaper will come up on screen and the mention of Waynetech will have been editted out or changed to something else.

Can you imagine how angry some people would get?

Dominic Purcell will be playing Heat Wave. Someone at the CW really likes Prison Break.

We've got Captain Cold, Heat Wave, Pied Piper, and Weather Wizard so far.

We still need Trickster, Abra Kadabra, the Top, Captain Boomerang, Mirror Master, and maybe Golden Glider to complete the classic Rogue set.

So, from what I can tell, here's a villain rundown for the series thus far. Pilot-Weather Wizard 2-Multiplex 3-? 4-Captian Cold 5-the General and maybe Plastique 6-Girder 7-Clock King and Girder team up 8-Arrow crossover 9-? (my bet is that Reverse Flash makes an appearance here, but that's not gong off of anything 10-Heat Wave and maybe Captain Cold

They are titled Barry's Body and Pretty Ricky.

Barry's Body is an interview with Danielle Panabaker who plays Caitlin Snow.

Pretty Ricky is an interview with Rick Cosnett who plays Eddie Thawne.

Blackout is going to appear on the Flash.

Ehhhhhhh. He's gonna look like a rip-off of Amazing Spider-Man 2.

In the same way Arrow was a rip off of Hawkeye from the Avengers.

Sigh. Green Arrow came along before Hawkeye.

That might have been his point.

Besides, Robin Hood came before either of them.
