They were removed a few months ago. They still interact with the code, presumably because the hottip code wasn't thoroughly disabled.

I dont know if they were removed or what, but I cant make hottips work any more the code still trigers something, but all it triggers is well removing every thing in the code from every thing except the source of the post.
There is a hottip above this line...
