Just finished watching it. Unfortunately, the library copy had a huge scratch that rendered a good 10-20 minutes of it unwatchable due to constant skipping, but I think I got the gist of it. It's basically a deconstruction of the action hero as an actor. Jean-Claude is getting old and is past his prime in Hollywood. His film history is used against him in custody proceedings. His agent is only finding work in low budget films. His bank cards aren't working. He goes to a bank to try to withdraw money and gets stuck in a bank robbery where the police think he's part of the gang, the gang and the hostages keep acting like they expect him to bust out flying kicks and take everyone down, and he's just a 48-year-old man who's barely slept in two days and just doesn't want to get shot.
Seriously, he actually acts in this film and does an excellent job. Probably helps the role is As Himself, but still...
