EDIT: Now that I've read the page and this is about any method of faking a pregnancy...I still got nuthin' beyond 1.1.

If not for the watermark, 3.1 is a good example. I don't think it HAS to be pillows.

If a chicken crosses the road and nobody else is around to see it, does the road move beneath the chicken instead?

I think 3.1 could be read as just comparing the belly to a basketball, not that she actually has one in there.
