... Man, a lot of suggestions had been thrown out on this one! Think I got them all collated. (If I missed any, do feel free to add them in!) But with all of the various options, I'll be unsurprised to see Willbyr needing to do a run-off crowner eventually...

I don't see an option for "Photo collage with not in-character Capaldi" only without Capaldi. I like that collage + TARDIS.
Do you have an image for such an option?

No, it makes sense. I get what he's trying to say. I don't agree with it, as I see the only reason for the part with the Tardis and the logo being to fill the empty space created by Capaldi otherwise having a row to himself, but I get what he's saying.
But, as has already been pointed out, it isn't on the list mainly because no one created and posted such an image. Of course, if arbiter 099 really wants that option, and wants to create an image for it, it isn't too late for him to also edit the crowner to include it. (Just in case anyone thought we didn't already have enough options as it is! 
)
But also, since arbiter 099 specifically mentioned that what missing was having the Tardis, I'd point out that the no-Capaldi collage clearly has three Tardis exteriors and one Tardis interior in it! (Well, two interiors, but McGann's background isn't as obvious as the interior of the Tardis to people who may only have casual interest in the show...)
