Is it just me, or does this article sort of feel like somewhere in between a Useful Notes page and a trope page for the Theme Park Version of Scotland? I've also been thinking that there's been a Missing Supertrope for Man in a Kilt, Violent Glaswegian, and Brave Scot (i.e. the Theme Park Version of Scotland), and part of me thinks that we should split this into Useful Notes/Scotland and a trope page for Bonnie Scotland.

Halper's Law: as the length of an online discussion of minority groups increases, the probability of "SJW" or variations being used = 1.

Bonnie Scotland is a redirect to UsefulNotes.Scotland.

You're only a little bit late. It was moved to Useful Notes last Monday. Rightfully so, I'll add; it is indeed a Useful Note and not a trope.

I am not sure we need a page for the Theme Park Version of Scotland. We could fold it into the more general supertrope covering any country. I'm more concerned that Theme Park Version doesn't appear to have a subtrope for places. (Apparently Theme Park Version is broader than I assumed.) Regardless, it's a topic for YKTTW, so we should be able to ship the conversation over there.

Rhymes with "Protracted."

The page as-is is definitively an Useful Notes page. A trope would need something completely different.

Personally, I am inclined to agree with "take this to YKTTW".
