Can someone explain how the picture shows blatantly bad English? It looks like he's saying, "This you need under healings?" with an accent.

If I understand the page correctly it's supposed to be intentionally bad English with a mix of good and bad speech. The current doesn't show it.

New caption is better, but you should have said that you changed it so nobody gets confused and post the previous so everyone understand the context of the discussion.
That said, I'd leave it as is.
