Well its either a political/hate crime or the guy had a mental illness of some sort...
Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects. Was it targeted at the jewish museum? Or did it just happen to be near the museum?
Targeted to the museum, according to the BBC at least.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynmanhttp://edition.cnn.com/2014/05/25/world/europe/belgium-jewish-museum-shooting/index.html
According to FedPol from a statement, the shooter used an AK-47 to shoot four victims. Two are Israeli, one French and a Belgian. The first three are dead, fourth in critical condition.
FedPol said that they're having a hard time identifying the shooter by face since he took great care to cover his face with a baseball cap. They said that they can potentially treat it as a terror attack on Belgian soil.
Following that one, there were also attacks against French Jews.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Let's hope it doesn't get leaked, those "tribal warriors" are only going to get themselves and the hostages killed...
In any event, a rescue op is going to be a major pain to pull off anyway thanks to the amount of hostages. Imagine the size of the convoy needed to hold that many people...
I have disagreed with her a lot, but comparing her to republicans and propagandists of dictatorships is really low. - An idiotIn some ways, all this talk of support is as much a hindrance as a help: a couple of years ago, all it took was a Nigerian newspaper floating the idea of asking the SAS for help for Boko Haram to go "buckets of nope, we're done here" and kill all the hostages.
Schild und Schwert der ParteiUpdate from Brussels. The fourth person shot by the AK-47-armed gunman died of gunshot wounds sustained at the Jewish Museum shooting.
An old news article, but a couple of Japanese Red Army hijackers resurfaced in Pyongyang and have floated the idea of surrendering to the National Police Agency.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"French police have made an arrest in the case of museum shooting. No mention of a name or motive yet.

Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects.Article changed since the man was identified by National Police. If the info is right, the man is a professed Islamist and has fought in Syrian territory recently.
Also, the man's French.

"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Karachi Airport is under attack by terrorists. Trending on Twitter even.
Final Fantasy, Foreign Policy, and Bollywood. Helluva combo, that..."In the space of a year he has become the most powerful jihadi leader in the world, and on Monday night his forces captured Mosul, the northern capital of Iraq. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, also known as Abu Dua, the leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isis) has suddenly emerged as a figure who is shaping the future of Iraq, Syria and the wider Middle East."
Pretty dramatic stuff.

Schild und Schwert der ParteiApparently Iran has sent 2,000 soldiers to Iraq to help them fight ISIS. They've also sent General Qassem Suleimani, a leading general in the elite Revolutionary Guard, to advise the Iraqis. And they've even said they would be willing to cooperate with the US.
While binging on news regarding ISIS I came across one very curious detail: they apparently take the "State" part of their name very seriously. From the Washington Post:
That has helped the group set up its own version of a government. It runs courts, schools and services, flying its ubiquitous black-and-white flag over every facility it controls. In Raqqah, it recently launched a consumer protection authority to uphold food standards.
- Iraq conflict: Images purport to show 'massacre' of surrendered Iraqi soldiers by militants — It's a War Crime. ISIS, of course, doesn't care about that at all.
- 'Islamists' attack Kenyan town near Lamu killing 48

Keep Rolling OnIf this wanton killing keeps up, Africa will have a new competitor.
I'm a skeptical squirrelIraq crisis: ISIS video calls on British Muslims to join in jihad as ‘cure for depression’
"Join us for the temporary endorphins kick that is going to lead to a wonderful chance to gain PTSD if it doesn't kill you first. Or, just a bigger dose of anxiety-depression once life ceases to be quite so simple to compute, again, after the exciting booms, bangs and brotherhood are done with."
Yeah. -_- Oh, those poor fools. They're so being used. -_- And, abused. Worse, they don't even know it, most likely.

So it seems that Assault On Precinct 13 just happened in Xinjiang.
China has been toughening its response to violent crime after a spate of attacks around the country, centred on Xinjiang, the traditional home of Muslim Uighurs.
China has blamed previous attacks on Islamist separatists in the region, who they say are looking to establish an independent state there called East Turkestan. It was not immediately clear who was responsible for Saturday's violence.
"The gangsters drove a truck to ram the building of the public security bureau of Yecheng County in southern Xinjiang and set off explosives. Police shot and killed 13 attackers at the scene," Xinhua said, adding that three police were slightly wounded.
Seems an oddly decisive victory - 13 dead for 3 light wounds, and this after a car-bomb! I suspect the Chinese police death toll may be rather higher than we are led to believe by Xinhua.

Schild und Schwert der ParteiYeah, it's very possible the Chinese are fluffing the stats, but they also might not be. Either way, I wouldn't want to fight the Chinese domestically.
Government thinks that there may be anti-Jewish motive.
