No, the other one.I think it's a common enough specific variant of Garnishing the Story to warrant its own page. I would limit the examples to uses of ninja where they're not expected or belong naturally.

So can we add examples to Garnishing the Story (any "x to Garnishing the Story") and then make subtropes when one "X" have enough exampes? i.e Ostrich examples goes in Garnishing the Story, when we got enough of them we make Everything Better With Ostriches(or whatever).
