How in the world was I supposed to know that from the title?! In fact, how is anyone who enters the fora looking for "Free!" (or, even more annoyingly, "Free") expect to look for this? I mean, swimbros?

Anime/Free Also known as Female Gaze, The Animation. First off, I'd like to say that it's incredibly refreshing (heh) to see males getting the treatment females seem to get as a matter of course. It makes you notice the methods and techniques employed, which is interesting in itself.
Second, the way the characters wax lyrical on swimming in hilarious. I used to be a semi-serious swimmer back in the day, and I am definitely not used to thinking of swimming and water in such flowery terms. Then again, I wonder how I'd go about conveying the feeling, which is very intense and genuine, to one who knows it not.
Also, I don't know about you guys, but I'm shamelessly Eating the Eye Candy here; the guys are delightful to watch. The show basically got me when Haru-chan removed his swimming cap and had that "because I'm worth it" hair swish. That was epic.
