There is nothing implicit about the page image for this trope, and You Are What You Hate is supposed to be the implicit version of Boomerang Bigot. Yet this image simply repeats the other one on Boomerang Bigot, adding no value.

I could've sworn I made a topic about this last weekend.

Yeah, they're effectively the same image. Which is worrisome considering the tropes are so hard to distinguish already. At the very least, the caption should mention that he's blind and thinks he's white.
Not exactly a duplicate image, especially given the second is just someone dressed up like the first, but they are very similar.

Also it's not really the trope, which is "the implication that a character who dislikes a particular thing is secretly a practitioner of that thing", like that in Seven Samurai the samurai that hates peasants turns out to be one or that in Who Framed Roger Rabbit Judge Doom is turns out to be a toon. Not sure how "this is implied" and "this is true" jive with each other, but the article has examples of both.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel.
Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.

Previous thread; it clocked out unresolved.
I think that is worse than nothing, though. Misleading; the trope is not "self hatred" or "member of group the person hates", and the image makes it seem that way.

It's driving me crazy because I can't find it on my Facebook...there was a pic a while back of 15 extremely outspoken gay rights opponents who were all caught in homosexual acts. If I can find it, would that work well enough?

[up] Only if there is context that they are anti-gay. Otherwise, I'd think, who the hell is that?

[down] Oh, I remember Jesus Camp. That film was scary. You're talking about Ted Haggard, right?

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.
Maybe a few scenes from Jesus Camp or Ten Inch Hero would better illustrate the point: it would simply have to take the form of a Suspiciously Specific Denial in the caption for it to work though. It's very hard to give a contextless picture implications of something without explicitly mentioning that something. In fact, I think the implications of You Are What You Hate is better conveyed through language and words making subtle hints than the explicit picture of Boomerang Bigot.
