No idea when we should start this, uhhhhhhhhhhh as for rules, most of the basic ones from the main forum work...I suppose there should be a rule about how doing a villainous action outside of plot will likely result in actual pursuit by authorities? I 'unno, honestly.

For items, I'd say "within reasonable limits". This would allow our villains to maintain a stock of the things they need to do their thing, without getting anything that could break things.

I kind of think murder would be acceptable being you know villians, but it should not be random, if that makese sense.
Yeah, murder should be fine as long as it's not, like, needlessly cruel.
(Ridiculously cruel, on the other hand, is fine by me.)
