Hey, the game's greenlighted. Nice idea, though it looks like the game still requires some tweaking.
Greatest idea ever
No seriously Its awesome whenever someone can make boring sounding idea to be interesting
Eh the money mechanic now is rather simple...it's easy to save money by cutting either heat or food for a day, and just keep alternating it...
Also: anyone ever let Jorji Costava in? Does he give you token or such?
Give me cute or give me...something?Just you wait. Someone will mod it for Fascists, Monarchists, and others.
Proud member of the IAA What's the point of being grown up if you can't act childish?Al Chestbreach did a pretty hilarious Let's Play of this.
I really like that placeholder in the intro for some reason.
Heck, I'd leave the placeholder in there in the final game, just to reinforce how slipshod the government in the game is.
Checked this out a while back. Looks interesting, but the demo only lets you play a few days in. I'll have to check back when the full product is released.
This looks pretty brilliant. Love seeing new ideas.
Bleye knows Sabers. It's out on Steam now. And it has a lot more content than what was in the beta.
You got some dirt on you. Here's some more! You can also buy it from the official game site to get a DRM-free version alongside a Steam key, you know, if you're averse to digital distribution platforms with some form of DRM.
And you missed celebrity feminist Anita Sarkeesian being a stripper, but not a stripper, but a human trafficking victim.
"what the complete, unabridged, 4k ultra HD fuck with bonus features" - Mark Von LewisI played the beta, I love this game.
oh hi^^Which apparently was unfortunate coincidence
When I first saw the trailer for this game, I didn't realize it was for real. I figured it was just making fun of old games that tried to teach brutal history in ill-advised ways, but wouldn't actually be playable...
Well, looks like they made it awfully mouse-dependent just to increase the immersion... Though I see now that the game sells you shortcuts as you go.

Absolutely bazungolf, this game . Not for everyone, sure, but it toally tickles my synapses.
Fear the cinnamon sugar swirl. By the Gods, fear it, Laurence.I'm quite enjoying it at the moment. The general repetetiveness of the game actually makes it more engaging.
Direct all enquiries to Jamie B GoodJorji Costava: The best character in the game, bar none.
Glory to Cobrastan.
...ehehIts coming to the Vita. All that's left to sort out whether the guy will do it himself or get a team to port it.

anyone else first hear of this game from one of Extra Credits' "Games You Might Not Have Tried" videos?
All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.I first heard it from some Youtube LP's. And as a Vita lover, I'd love to have it on my Vita.
Persona 3 Portable LiveblogI heard of it from it coming on Steam but I bought it because of Nerd Cubed.
Anyone who assigns themselves loads of character tropes is someone to be worried about.Yahtzee sold me on it, though I haven't actually played it yet.
For we shall slay evil with logic...I just completed my first full game. So far I've got endings 1,16, and 17 (plus dieing to the bomb on day 15).
I'd like to play more to see the rest, but it is pretty time consuming.
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's Play
Time to beat the drum for this little gem, which is currently in Beta and applying for a future release via Steam Greenlight. You play as an immigration officer at the border of a fictional communist state during the cold war era. A territorial war with the neighbouring country has just ended and obviously the situation is still tense. Your job is to check peoples' passports and other papers and decide if they are allowed entry into your glorious nation, or sent back to where they came from. Sounds boring? Far from it. What starts off as a simple job of matching data and putting stamps on visas quickly turns into a political turmoil of illegal workers, human trafficking, terrorist attacks, et cetera. After a few days, you may have to take fingerprints, nude-scan people for contraband, or even detain them for merely looking suspicious.
Oh, and you're also paid per visa granted and you have a family to feed. So make sure you send as many people through the border as you possibly can, because food and rent don't come cheap. Just be careful you don't get sloppy with your work, because bigger mistakes will be taken off your salary. Although taking a bribe here and there might alleviate that problem...
Also, the game has a complete wiki page already, so it's strange no one talks about it yet.
