I don't have any idea what would make a better one. The whole point of the trope is that the alien looks just like a human until you see their insides.

Am I the only one having trouble seeing both hearts in that shot? It looks weird, yeah, but I can't really see it as obviously non-human. Is there a slightly better frame?

Well, I pulled that one off the Internet cause it was easier than going frame-mining. I do have a copy of DW Series 1 on DVD, though.
