I do enjoy the manga of this series (although I will admit that I am not much of a fan of the art style) and I am the anime version is one of the series I am most looking forward to next season. I do wonder how far they will get with the anime, I hope they get to the Summer Camp part.
Knowledge is Power, Guard it WellI’m looking forward to the anime too. I’m pretty sure they’’ll get to summer camp since it happened fairly early in the manga. I also heard that the anime will have the same director as the ''Fate Stay Night’’ anime.
Macron's notesI want to try the anime first. What should I expect?
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerWell, judging by what I read from the manga so far (which is three volumes) there won't be many Breather Episodes. As soon as Kiri and Iwai defeat an killing goods author(a owner of a killing goods), a new threat will appear a chapter or two later.
Also, the weapons have rather descriptive names such as Kiri's scissors (The Crime Edge of Cutting and Severing) or Justice's rulebook (The Rulebook of Sentencing and Execution). Authors of killing goods will also be referred to by other authors by shorted form of their weapons name like "Crime Edge" for Kiri.
Macron's notesIf they stick to the manga anyway, it could end up like the Yumekui Merry anime otherwise.
Hopefully the release of the anime will mean the manga gets translated faster (there are six volumes out in Japan and only three have been translated).

Knowledge is Power, Guard it WellSaw the first episode. He quickly comes off as rather creepy. I also happen to like long hair, so I can't really empathise much with him. She's quite a bit better, on the other hand. I'll see if I read the manga.
Kind of feels stretched out since he didn't even try to use his own scissors in the first place.
Also, Mundane Made Awesome. Kind of expected.
Check out my fanfiction!Well the pacing wasn't great but the first episode was decent enough. I wasn't a great fan of some of the animation though.
Edit: Actually it has been a long time since I read the manga and after looking over the first chapter again it is pretty much the same

Knowledge is Power, Guard it WellIt's getting simulcast on Crunchyroll starting Saturday.
Not Three Laws compliant.I don't remember it being quite so suggestive till later in the manga... otherwise pretty good adaptation so far.
Episode 1: It's okay. I know we're not at the fun part yet anyway.
I'm kind of surprised they've already given her short hair. Half expecting the hair to grow back at supernatural speeds, because otherwise it's kind of like 'welp, my work here is done. See you in ten years!'
"Canada Day is over, and now begins the endless dark of the Canada Night."Hehehe...

Well...
I accidentally caught some spoilers. Good.
Check out my fanfiction!Episode 2: Now we're getting to the meat of this show~
- Why can't Byouinzaka use a doll or something her poor twin sister /needle phobia
- Whatever this Gossip is, they're a buncha jerks. A convenient plot device though.
- Hammer vs scissor. Let the games begin!
Another very nice episode now we are getting to the plot.
I did like how it went all monochrome when Yamane went crazy
Knowledge is Power, Guard it WellYes, that was a nice touch.
I'm enjoying the crazy.
"No, the Singularity will not happen. Computation is hard." -Happy EntDoes she have needle phobia, or you?
Personally I think the action plot is a little forced.
Check out my fanfiction! If you're talking about how he goes from hair-dresser to full-on assassin, it's due to the whole, "serial killer," thing. It gets explained more as the story goes on, but he only pulled all that off because of the Good. If you're referring to the premise in general, then yeah, maybe.
Fire, air, water, earth...legend has it that when these four elements are gathered, they will form the fifth element...boron.Premise.
Check out my fanfiction!I don't think this is the kind of series you're supposed to take very seriously. Both the premise and the art-style and everything is pretty lulzworthy.
"No, the Singularity will not happen. Computation is hard." -Happy EntBy forced I mean it feels constructed and unnatural, rather than that it doesn't make much sense, and irrelevant to seriousness level.
Check out my fanfiction!Mmm. If it wasn't the second episode, I'd call it a genre shift.
Oh and I Knew It! about the hair.
"Canada Day is over, and now begins the endless dark of the Canada Night."I hope they get to the summer camp and the manga's crowning moment of awesome so far. Spoilers bellow.
"I, who inherited the worst blood in history, am the Crime Edge of Cutting and Severing!"

So, has anyone besides me reads it? The first episode of the anime is going to premiere next week on April 3rd.
Here's the premise: A boy who has an obsession with cutting hair befriends a girl (who has extremely long hair that can not be cut) and then has to protect her from descendants of serial killers (who wield cursed weapons passed down from their ancestors called "Killing Goods"). The boy turns out to have out killing goods which happen to be a pair of scissors with Absurdly sharp blades which is the only thing that is able to cut the girl's hair.
