My integrity as a long time internet hater was called into question

I'm shocked and hurt by these allegations right now, that occurred on my Twitter feed, that I was supposedly a paid Australian Labour Party tweeter. All I can bring to you in these harsh and turbulent times are the facts. I am not a paid ALP tweeter, nor have I ever been.

I simply hate on Tony Abbott as I would any other politician, regardless of race, gender, party or species. As a dedicated, long time hater of politicians, I don't know what's more troubling about these allegations, the idea that I would be paid off to hate on somebody who didn't deserve it, or that years of hard, long hating and haterade providing, as noted by the Internet Haters Guild who are defending me in court, have somehow been tainted by financial motivation.

My teenage years were devoted not just to the writing of quality SF fiction intended to subvert the minds of the young so they would see through the bullshit of my country's society, but my long, hard efforts to hate on any politician of any kind who'd threaten the internet or my way of life in general, it was all volunteer work done for free. I was the man who dispensed the haterade on Tony Abbott and Stephen Conroy alike when it seemed nobody else would. I was a rookie hater who'd braved the flame wars of 4Chan and I Mockery, and I demand greater respect as a flame war veteran who in recent times is still undergoing therapy for butthurt.

I will not stand by and see my legacy as a truly devoted hater of anti-internet and anti-disabled, anti-working class politicians... be tarnished by these tabloid press misleading headlines and lies. I hated on Tony Abbott long before the bandwagon came. I hated so hard because I felt if I didn't, nobody else would.

And if this person on Twitter dares to question the purity of my politician hatred... this is a sad day for the hater profession and I will ensure that the Internet Hater's Guild are notified about this injustice.

Someone insulted you and accused you of something on the internet? That's simply unheard of.

I think you need to work on distinguishing between criticism that you should take to heart, and criticism that can be safely ignored.

Furthermore, if you were half the flame war veteran that you claim to be, you wouldn't respond to accusations of political shillery by posting here. You'd use verbal judo to whip the argument right back around and confuse the hell out of your detractor. "So what if I'm a paid ALP tweeter? I genuinely believe that our country would benefit from their plan to feed everyone over 65 to the furnace of their intergalactic death cruiser, so what's wrong with getting paid to argue my point?"

Wait, you mean that you guys are not getting paid by various organizations for arguing online?
