Its new tech thats at best more processing power. Not some amazing leap forward.
How do you know? What makes you so sure? What if it is? what if it is?
Remember! Hyperbole is an exaggeration made for comedic effect, and shouldn't be taken literally!I mean that even on PCs (which are already easily able to be more powerful than the stated specs of the PS 4), when they promise that kind of stuff, they always go back on it.
The new Killzone is an odd beast for me.
I'm automatically throwing dislike at it for being used as a showcase for the PS 4 after the PS 3 Killzone trailer ended up being just a big fat lie. I'm disappointed in it because we're still fighting the Helghast who, despite every effort by the developer to make them Kick the Dog, are still about three times as awesome as the vektans. I'm angry at the series as a whole for being very Follow the Leader, with the first one trailing behind Halo and the next two behind Call Of Duty. I'm still livid at the first game for pulling Real Is Brown when you are in the middle of a cherry blossom field.
On the other hand, the view of the Vektan city shows something that the series, and the genre as a whole, has been stupidly lacking for a long time now much to the detriment of everyone involved; color.
Bleye knows Sabers. Are the Killzone games any good? I've been flirting with buying the trilogy pack.
Well yeah, they're good. But they don't do much to differentiate themselves from every other FPS out there on the market right now. If you just want to shoot some Mooks it'll do you well.
I still like the first game since your opponents took a solid beating before they died and the fact that you could switch between four different characters throughout the game added some interesting twists to the shooting. When I played 2, though, I basically had to make my own fun by playing the game with nothing but the knife. I quit once that stopped being a viable tactic.
Bleye knows Sabers.Odie Esty & Balmung yet people forget that the extra ram on a pc is used for what the os is doing in the background and it's half and half for the cpu process power just saying.
Where are you getting that idea from? You linked to what looks to be the standard Gameplay trailer. Is there something different about this one?
They're pretty good, though I am a bit of a fan.
The first one is dated and a little clunky, but has a good length and is a worthwhile journey. Just don't expect to be able to jump, you're a soldier, not an acrobat!
The second one is extremely gritty, and introduces the neat 1st person cover system— and it has a very visceral feel through most of it (unless you play on the easiest of easys) but the environment does not often change. Feels the most like serious future warfare. Fans seem to enjoy the online multiplayer in this more than in KZ3.
Killzone 3 is a little shorter than the second one in the campaign, but makes up for it by giving you a great many new environments (Helghan jungle HNNNNGGG). It's a little more dudebro-ey in it's moments, but not bad. It doesn't have collectibles to find/destroy like in Killzone 2, but it does have a Split-Screen campaign. Oh, and the controls are much tighter than in Killzone 2. And you can do some new tricks like sliding to cover (or into an enemy), neat!

the color todayFollow the Leader at its best.
Except wait, didn't the Kinect NOT set the market on fire?

It goes back and forth. Eyetoy, PS Eye, Kinect, PS-Totally-Not-Kinect Eye 2.
I don't mind though, they aren't marketing it as a huge part of the console.
the color todayThe Kinect sold extremely well. 24 million Kinect units sold to date.
And frankly? I want one after playing Fruit Ninja and Wrecketeer on it (and the voice commands on the Dash are awesome.)
Jonah FalconI never found a kinect game fun. Ever.
Also I just heard that PS 4 games will be 79 bucks.
Wow I'm buying one
Welcome to th:|My friend says that there wont be a set price, so EA can do 70 if they want.
Either wya, I'm not optimistic.
Just buy used cop ...oh, wait. At least sales still exist, and may become a standard required to stay competitive if Valve's Steambox gets a strong foothold in the console market.

My standard Anime Theme song game variant rules: [Censored by ACTA]Also... the Eyetoy is several years older than the Kinect, it's just that the Kinect has improved tech and was much more marketed.
No regret shall pass over the threshold!WHO NEEDS BUTTONS... when you got Kinect...

my drawing blog ya'll UPDATES 10 TIMES A MONTH WOW, THIS IS STRAIGHT UP MUH SOGGY KNEE@ Thorn. Um, no, they aren't. Sony said that 60 dollars is the maximum price for all the games made for the Plystation 4.
Watch SymphogearThey lied I guess. Either that or conflicting sources.
my drawing blog ya'll UPDATES 10 TIMES A MONTH WOW, THIS IS STRAIGHT UP MUH SOGGY KNEEWell apparentley EA is announcing a partnership with Microsoft...
So I'm guessing they mean that Xbox NEXT games will be $70?
GOH! JII! RAH!
This is entirely new tech though. If they said it would be that on current hardware, I'd call bullshit, but his is next gen tech. It's entirely new, no one, not even the developers really know what it can do. Maybe they can make an entire city! Maybe the tech really is strong enough now!
Don't you just love new consoles?
