What do you find when you google your name?

I have a pretty ordinary name (not the German equivalent of "John Smith", but not that far off), so it doesn't surprise me that, according to Google, I'm an attorney, psychologist, doctor, musician, scientist, artist, mayor, editor, pastor, engineer, politician during GDR and gardener. Among other things. Also, I died multiple times already. Surprisingly enough, I only got one Facebook link.

When I search for "Nyarly", I get a link to, and pictures of, Unspeakable Vault (of Doom) (unsurprisingly). Aside from that, it seems to be a relatively often used username. At least, I get links to userpages of various sites, none of which are me. Seems like my TV Tropes name is as often used as my real name. Also, somebody seems to have named a cat "Nyarly".

The name I actually go by (Jeff Logan) pulls up stuff on this college football player

OK, upon googling "Caroline Martin", I got:

• the IMDb page for an actress
• the Facebook page of someone who isn't me
• the tumblr of someone who isn't me
• www.carolinemartinphotography.com
• a GoDaddy page
• the Twitter of someone who isn't me
• an old Google Plus post that is indeed mine

These results are better than a year ago, last year I got an obituary.

• A list of Facebook accounts which are not me (sensing a pattern here?)
• An old photo of me I submitted to a website for a thing
• A page on Graduates.com which is not me

• Ancestry records for some guy with the same middle name as my first name and the same surname as me. There is probably a much better way to phrase this.

• Two entries for the Tool music video "Ænema" (not suprising as my username came from that song)

• Four skillpages.com results, all people who are not me
• One Google+ page that is not mine
• Three results for the website I created for a school project
• One result for that time in sixth grade I got honorable mention in a literary competition for this poem I wrote
• A list of people with the same last name as me
• A news article about a community service after school club I was part of

Plenty of results about a singer-songwriter who shares my name, and also a cricket player.

Real name: Some person on Facebook who shares my name, I also share the name of some high school teacher in Ontario. My Pinterest, and Twitter. Images has my Twitter and Pinterest avatar but no actual photos of me.
