Hitman: Agent 47

Reviews aren't great. Apparently, the action is pretty plastic.

I've been hearing it's at least worth it if you are looking for a So Bad It's Good fun.

I just saw it, and I disagree. The movie is too bland to register on any level, including that one.

So in other words, the film is even worse then it already looked in the trailers? I suppose we're not ever going to get a decent Hitman movie.

Fun fact: ads for this movie use Beethoven's Ode to Joy as part of the soundtrack. Another movie whose ads used that piece was A Good Day to Die Hard.

Both films share Skip Woods as screenwriter.

A positive review which says that the whole "orphan" thing isn't really the case. 47 is a designed human. He also says that the movie does replicate the action of the games with a lot of it being about stealthy kills... although, just like most people playing the game, when the stealth fails, it's all about blasting everyone away.

In an Untold Story of Heroes Season 2, Sylar killed a guy and got Impenetrable Skin. Now cue Hitman, where he has it again.

you could make an excellent video game movie, but most people with the power don't have the motive to do more than crap. So I didn't expect this movie to do well.
