Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.
For the interested, here's a list of recently created pages. Launches
Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

Legacy of Legends: Some entries need more context, though - and some Crosswicking preferably.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI am messaging the previous account on the aforementioned two issues.
Also, There Are No Toddlers already went through this topic. What is the final decision?
Mentioning Guinness World Records here as well, in case someone wants to do something with it.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThere are no toddlers: I think it was to toss? Because the subject was covered by other tropes, and it was unnecessary splittage.

Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry PratchettThere Are No Toddlers: Pretty sure the consensus was cut.
Also, general note to the thread: Try to remember to check for subpages when submitting pages to the cutlist, and cutlist them all so there's no orphaned subpages.
Well, if no one disagrees, I'll go cutlist that one as well.
Speaking of cut, Pcull Twitch Chat has only one example. I've messaged the creator to request the addition of more examples.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanSomething I came across recently: Spanish Reconquista. Aside from being in the wrong namespace, that's a bit too short for an Useful Notes page, isn't it?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI agree. It is hardly all that useful, and it isn't being used that much. I say cut it, and if anyone want to do a proper article they can make it in the right namespace.
I'll wait a bit on cutlisting that page in case someone has contesting opinions.
Also, from an Ask The Tropers report: Characters.Yeeshgang. Is there an actual work with that name, or is it just some troll/vandal page that can be tossed straightaway?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanSpanish Reconquista: Agree with cutting.
Yeeshgang: The top and only hits in a Google search on the term were our pages (Main/ and Characters/), so I'm going to say it's not a work (or at least not a published one).
Going to cutlist the Spanish Reconquista page. Eddie already took out the Yeesomething page.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanOK, I have started screening new namespaced pages more carefully yesterday, so today's batch of pages for this thread's attention:
- HappinessCharge Pretty Cure!: Stub with no tropes.
- Husbands: Enough tropes, but no indexing, no crosswicking and some questionable examples and markup.
- Ylvis: Again, stub with no tropes.
We still haven't reached a decision of Medical Monarch.
My impression of those works pages:
- HappinessCharge Pretty Cure! can probably be safely cut, it can be grown on the Pretty Cure page, especially since the series haven't started to air yet.
- Husbands is probably salvagable (and we get a gay ideological example for Marriage Before Romance!)
- Ylvis can probably be cut

Sent a PM to the creator of Husbands about indexing, crosswicking, and some hints on the proper layout.
As for Medical Monarch, I do not think we have agreement on a rename.
On the other stubs, I am willing to wait in case they get tropes added.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThere's also two distinct parts to the trope: Magical healing (the king's-hands type thing,), and a monarch who also has more mundane knowledge, of herbs and medicines. They might overlap, but each can be used on its own in different works. The description poorly reflects this, although the examples are pulled from both types.
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry PratchettNot sure if Baby Bigot ever went through the YKTTW at all, but it has zero examples, so I can't understand why it would get launched like that.
The writer should have at least written out the example that the quote comes from, but other than that it looks good. I remember reading a page that says examples aren't needed to start and Wiki Magic might make it better.
I thought it was Rule of Three: A good description and three examples.
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry PratchettOK, on Baby Bigot, it already went thhrough this topic. I don't mind seeing it cut.
Also, today has brought tropeless articles: Necroscope 86 and Project: Library.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanFor today's edition, I see that a few tropes were added to Ylvis, so we can probably consider it done.
I'll message the creators of the exampleless articles.
Also, I need some assistance with Bitstrips: It's a page for an mobile device app. I am not sure what it is about, exactly.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanBitstrips sounds like it can be safely cut - wrong namespace and an unclear purpose.
What exactly is TED and why do we want an article on it?
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"That seems like the company(?) that runs the TED talks, which are talks/speeches on different non-fiction topics (really wide ranging). TED talks are fairly highly regarded in academic circles. If someone can come up with tropes for the speeches, then the page can probably stay (not sure what namespace), but otherwise, I don't think there's really a point.
It seems to have been improved since I first looked at it.
